Macy’s Loyalty Program | 2018-2025
Working on the Macy’s Star Rewards marketing team, I contributed to a wide range of loyalty campaigns and launches across both print and digital. My work supported loyalty refreshes as well as holiday and seasonal initiatives, helping drive acquisition and engagement among millions of customers. Deliverables included marketing emails, web banners, sitelets, direct mail, and in-store signage—designed to connect with both new and existing members at every touchpoint.
