Macy’s Loyalty Program | 2018-2025
As a designer on Macy’s Star Rewards marketing team, I develop print and digital assets that drive engagement among loyalty program members. My work includes marketing emails, web banners, sitelets, printed mailers, and in-store signage. In close collaboration with legal, marketing, and copy teams, I help launch strategic campaigns that increase participation among new and existing members—supporting Star Rewards as one of Macy’s most significant business drivers.
