Macy’s Gift Cards | 2018-2025
As the lead designer for the Macy’s Gift Card team, I’ve overseen the creation of seasonal gift card collections from concept to production. In this role, I’ve collaborated with freelance illustrators and design agencies to art direct and produce designs that stay true to Macy’s brand identity while introducing fresh visual styles to drive in-store and online sales. My responsibilities span the entire process—from initial ideation, research, and talent sourcing, to art direction, feedback rounds, and final production coordination with print vendors. In addition to card design, I create supporting marketing materials to promote new collections. Deliverables include in-store signage, POS toppers, printed onserts, LED Jumbotron videos, web banners, emails, and sitelets.
